Beauchamp joins Todd Michaud, VP of IT, of FOCUS Brands, Laura Christine, VP of Direct Marketing and E-commerce at Skechers, and Steven Schillinger, VP, Club Operations, 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide in a panel discussion based on the theme: "The Cross-Industry Perspective: The Customer Manifesto."
In this lively panel discussion, attendees will be able to hear how executives from retail, CPG and the gaming industry work with key partners in such areas as technology, business strategy, marketing, data ring and promotions/sales to focus on the customer and achieve measurable benefits. The panel discussion will take place from 2:10 - 3:10 pm on Thursday, June 17.
Beauchamp joined Penn National Gaming in August 2009 as CIO. Penn National owns and operates casinos, hotels, and racetracks at 19 locations and 14 states throughout the United States and Canada. Beauchamp has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, with organizations including Limited Stores, Montgomery Ward, Woolworth Corporation, Colombia House and CMI Marketing Inc. Prior to joining Penn, Beauchamp was the CIO for Hot Topic, a California-based retail organization with over 690 stores. Beauchamp has extensive operational and marketing experience, and a proven track record of transforming technology departments in various consumer related industries.
Beauchamp holds a Masters in Business Administration from the California State University, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Redlands. Additionally, Beauchamp is on the Editorial Advisory Board for RIS News and sits on the Board of Directors of the Gaming Standards Association.
