Stacey Renfro will be joining The Vitamin Shoppe in the newly constructed role of executive vice president, chief customer and digital experience officer. Renfro brings to The Vitamin Shoppe over two decades of experience as an omnichannel retail executive with proven experience developing and implementing successful digital, e-commerce, customer experience and sales strategies.

Renfro was most recently EVP, planning & aAllocations at Pier 1 Imports. Prior to that role she spent five years (2013-2018) leading the e-commerce and customer experience transformation at Pier 1. From 2004 through 2013, she was employed at JCPenney in roles of increasing responsibility, primarily in e-commerce, culminating in her last position as divisional vice president, digital commerce.

Renfro’s appointment will become official on November 5, 2018.
