State of the Retail Industry Explored

Retailing has weathered the recent storms and looks poised to enjoy a sunny tomorrow, but only those retailers committed to constant innovation will be able to soak up the rays of success.
 
At the Retail Executive Summit, Honorary Chairperson Ted Jackson, VP of IT and CIO, Sport Chalet Inc. will moderate a panel of three high-ranking retail executives to explore the current and future state of retail. Joining Jackson on panel will be:

• Rajeeve Kaul, former SVP, OfficeMax Workplace, Office Depot/Max

Over the past 40-plus years Jackson has worked directly for a variety of retailers from startups to large international companies including: Safeway Stores, Fred Meyer Stores, Junior’s Tools and Sport Chalet, Inc.  Since joining Sport Chalet in 1999, Jackson has led the implementation of a number of best-of-breed systems that have supported the growth of the company.
 
The 13th annual Retail Executive Summit will be held June 18-20, 2014 at the Grand Del Mar in Grand Del Mar, California.
