Steve Madden Exec Reveals Strategy Behind E-Commerce Growth at CCRES

The double-digit growth that fashion-forward footwear and apparel icon Steve Madden Ltd. has achieved in its online business can be attributed to a deliberate five-prong go-to-market strategy. At this year's Cross Channel Retail Executive Summit (CCRES), e-commerce guru Andrew Koven, Steve Madden's president of e-commerce and customer experience, will reveal how he and his team built the mobile, marketing, technology, service and fulfillment foundations of the retailer's multi-channel strategy.

Koven will be interviewed for one of the CCRES "Cross-Channel Talk Shows" by the event's honorary chairperson Giri Durbhakula, vice president technology at Charlotte Russe Inc. Koven will discuss how he leverages the hottest new technologies and analytics to promote Steve Madden's online growth, including social media, mobile and viral recommendations and retargeting techniques that engage audiences of all ages throughout the enterprise.

The fourth annual CCRES will take place September 15-17 at the Four Seasons Troon North in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year's theme for the must-attend event is The Shopper-Driven Imperative: New Channels, New Opportunities. Click here to register.
