Steve Morse will be the new general manager for the Macy’s credit card portfolio. Morse, who joined Citi Retail Services in early 2014, most recently served as the GM for the businesses’ co-brand and private label credit card partnership with Sears. Before that, he was SVP and group manager for the portfolio, with an emphasis on the strategic direction of the co-brand program.

“We are so excited to have Steve lead the Macy’s credit card team,” says Doug Krapcho, head of partner management for Citi Retail Services. “His extensive experience in retail cards and partnerships, and demonstrated forward compatible leadership characteristics are ideal attributes to continue to grow this strong partner relationship.”

Morse began his career at Wells Fargo, moving through positions of increasing responsibility for just over 20 years. A graduate of Iowa State University, Steve is currently pursuing an advanced management degree through Harvard University's Extension School.

Citi Retail Services, a unit of Citi, services nearly 90 million accounts for a number of iconic brands, including Macy’s, Best Buy, ExxonMobil, The Home Depot and others.
