In-Store Mobility: Designing Intuitive Experiences

Many shoppers still find m-commerce apps difficult to use. Now think about your store associates using enterprise mobile apps on the sales floor. It’s not a pretty picture

At the 2016 Retail Executive Summit, John Hazen, vice president, omnichannel commerce and innovation, True Religion Brand Jeans will explain how he is designing intuitive experiences for in-store
mobile devices that enable his workforce to become as effective and productive as Apple Store associates.

Hazen has spent the past 15 months focused on digital innovation across an omnichannel platform that includes 160 stores. A former CTO with deep roots in both merchandising and technology, John’s passion is the consumer experience.  A Montreal native with a Bachelor’s Degree from Concordia University in Montreal and an MBA from Loyola Marymount, John has spent the last 15+ years in the Southern California apparel business.

The Retail Executive Summit will be held June 22-24 at the Montage Resort in Laguna, California. The conference will feature keynotes from retail leaders, peer-to-peer exchanges, a golf outing, the annual CIO of the Year Awards, networking opportunities and relationship building.
