Swimwear Anywhere Gives Sales Team RepSpark iPad Solution

New York-based Swimwear Anywhere is the largest privately held swimwear manufacturer in the U.S. with brands such as Juicy Couture, DKNY and Michael Kors swimwear. Putting the RepSpark Systems solution in the hands of each rep via iPad, Swimwear Anywhere is planning to launch the solution for Miami Swim in July, and reps will be collecting and processing orders as the collections are shown throughout the upcoming tradeshow season.

Jeremy Tongish, director of merchandising at Swimwear Anywhere, says,  “We saw RepSpark as the best solution out there for our business.  We believe the solution is a great way to manage order entry for both the salesforce and smaller specialty stores.”

TYR, another separate brand owned by Swimwear Anywhere, has relied on RepSpark Systems to streamline its sales cycle for many years.  Looking at the ROI TYR was seeing with the solution, Swimwear Anywhere decided to incorporate the fashion brands side of itsmbusiness on the platform as well.  Tongish says, “The team sports part of our business was already integrated with TYR”…although on a different ERP platform… “and after evaluating other options, we believe RepSpark was the solution best suited for the Swimwear Anywhere business.”

Through RepSpark, Swimwear Anywhere will provide a business-to-business (B2B) online ordering solution for its sales reps and selected retail customers, enabling users to view product images, collections and catalogs; have a visual representation of selected styles; have access to real-time inventory; and place orders and manage orders on various devices including smartphones, tablets and PCs. Swimwear Anywhere also plans on using the tool to help its salesforce be on the cutting-edge of using Canvas the Visual Merchandising and Custom Line sheet tools on the Reach iPad application.

Swimwear Anywhere will be rolling out Pulse, RepSpark’s robust reporting tool in addition to the ordering package.  Not only will the reps/executives be running most reports on the system but also “Retail accounts will appreciate the availability to understand order positions through the system as well,” Tongish says.
