Target, Container Store Reveal Winning Workforce Strategies

In a Big Ideas session on Tuesday, January 15 from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m., leading-edge retailers Target, The Container Store and Hannaford will reveal how they are leveraging their workforce as the ultimate competitive advantage with the aid of advanced WFM solutions.

Target's WFM strategy and operations manager Tom Finkel will be joined by John Thrailkill, VP of store metrics and systems, The Container Store, and Norm Diagle, manager of labor and productivity, Hannaford Bros. The speakers will discuss how their organizations are creating an engaged workforce, delivering on their brand promises and leveraging operational efficiencies to stay ahead of their competitors.
