Thomas Jewellers Selects Raymark Retail Solutions

Thomas Jewellers seeks to modernize its technology infrastructure.  Established in 1896, the retailer has grown to become one of Australia's oldest and most trusted family jewelers with nine stores across Victoria. The retailer hopes to improve operational control and better serve customers by deploying Raymark's end-to-end suite of retail enterprise solutions across the chain, which includes Point of Sale, Clienteling, Repairs, Order Management, CRM, Inventory Management, Merchandising, Analytics and more.
 
The suite's feature set and integrated reporting and analytics, may enable the retailer to gain visibility into every aspect of its business in real-time.

The first stores are expected to go live in the second half of 2015.
