Time to Get Serious about Customer-First Commerce

Retailers have taken so many half steps in the journey to customer-centricity that many can hardly believe they still have a long way to go. Of all the datapoints in the study, the three most significant are that only 13% of retailers have a unified customer strategy across all channels, only 20% have unified back-end architectures, and only 25% have a single view of the customer.
