While Warren Buffett* of Berkshire Hathaway isn't directly a retailer, we've included him on this list – in the number two spot – due to his ownership of H.H. Brown Shoe Co., Helzberg Diamonds, The Pampered Chef, Jordan's Furniture to name a few, as well as significant investment with many retailers, including Costco Wholesale and Walmart.
We all know retail and technology go hand-in-hand today, so it's interesting to see that several technology influencers rank atop the list as well.
