NEW ALBANY, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tween Brands, Inc. (NYSE: TWB) today announced that Julie Sloat will join the company as vice president of investor relations effective Monday, July 21st. Ms. Sloat will replace Robert Atkinson, who is leaving the business for a new opportunity.
