Ultimate Technology Acquires Purple Cactus
Ultimate Technology completes the acquisition of Purple Cactus Technologies, a provider of multi-channel retail automation software. Founded in 2001, Purple Cactus Technologies designs, develops, implements and supports enterprise level retail management software for more than 2,500 retail users. Purple Cactus applications include POS and merchandising, CRM, purchasing, inventory, warehouse and open to buy planning. Order fulfillment and sales reporting are also key functions. Ultimate Technology plans to provide all of these platforms to retailers with its direct sales model.
