Understanding Innovate or Die

Macro-economic indicators are pointing toward sustainable growth, but that does not mean success will be evenly distributed. As always there will be retailer winners and losers, and which category a retailer falls into in the future is being decided today.
 
At the Retail Executive Summit, Sucharita Mulpuru, senior analyst at Forrester Research will explore the concepts, strategies and technologies forward thinking retailers are adopting now to seize growth opportunities tomorrow. The "Understanding the Innovate or Die Landscape" general session will immediately follow the opening keynote on June 19 at 9:35 a.m.
 
Mulpuru is a principal analyst on Forrester’s eBusiness team where she focuses primarily on eCommerce, consumer behavior and trends in the online shopping space, technology developments that affect the online commerce industry and vendors that facilitate online marketing and merchandising. She is a leading authority on multichannel retail topics and has authored more than 50 research papers on the topics of online and multichannel retail. Prior to Forrester, Mulpuru was the director of marketing at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she managed the customer acquisition, retention and market research efforts for the $2 billion luxury retailer’s online channel.
