Unified Commerce at PacSun

Retailers are facing enormous challenges today, but for those who create experiences that meet the customer’s evolving needs there are equally large opportunities for success. Modern shoppers draw no distinction between digital and physical retailing and forward-thinking retailers are adopting a unified commerce approach to help facilitate seamless channel hopping.

At the 2016 Retail Executive Summit, Coleen McNally, vice president of IT, Pacific Sunwear of California, will discuss how the retailer has defined and executed its multi-year unified commerce game plan.

McNally has been deeply involved in cultivating unified commerce at PacSun. She is responsible for leading the IT organization comprised of the project management office, application development, infrastructure delivery and Information Security. Prior to joining PacSun, McNally was COO of Island Pacific, an ERP management software solution. Prior to Island Pacific, McNally held various operational positions with B. Dalton and Software Etc.

The Retail Executive Summit will be held June 22-24 at the Montage Resort in Laguna, California. The conference will feature keynotes from retail leaders, peer-to-peer exchanges, a golf outing, the annual CIO of the Year Awards, networking opportunities and relationship building.
