UNIQLO Expands U.S. Presence With 10 Store Openings

UNIQLO, the global clothing retailer, will open 10 more U.S. stores in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California this fall. The new stores will expand the brand's U.S. presence to a total of 17 stores, in addition to the Uniqlo.com online shopping platform which opened in October of 2012.

To staff the new stores, UNIQLO will take on the ambitious plan to hire and train several hundred full-time and part-time employees at all levels.

The new UNIQLO stores represent the company's goal for a continued expansion within the important U.S. market.
