Winning the Customer Engagement Game

09/15/2014
Today's retailers need to cut through the noise to nurture seamless engagement across all communications channels. This is not an easy task since it involves analyzing customer data, segmenting specific audiences, setting trigger events and more.

At Engage! 2014, Amy Aronoff Blumkin, CMO, NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee will explain how the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee broke through the clutter to engage target consumers to make the first outdoor cold weather Super Bowl a huge success. Blumkin will also provide lessons learned that any retailer can take away from her experience marketing the Super Bowl.

Blumkin together with her team led the host committee’s marketing efforts which included designing, launching and maintaining the website, social media activity, and social media communications center. The team created all necessary planning, communications and regional dÉcor elements and developing the breakthrough “Join the Huddle” mobile tour, a first-ever mobile tour associated with a Super Bowl.

Engage! 2014 will be held October 8-10, 2014 at the Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The conference will feature keynotes from retail thought leaders, peer-to-peer exchanges, a golf outing, and relationship building.
