Zweave Inc., provider of collaborative PLM solutions, has launched "Zdesign Desktop", a managed desktop solution that the company says provides a cost-effective, outsourced alternative for business and design applications through a seamless browser-based interface.
The solution serves small- and medium-sized organizations that require desktop support to manage software maintenance and upgrades, networking, server and file share management, data back up and day-to-day technical and administrative support.
In other news, Zweave has partnered with Sue Kagan Design, a consultancy in apparel fit and sizing.
Sue Kagan Design will offer Zweave's PLM clients fit and technical design business process expertise to support the implementation of Zweave's PLM software.
