Kataria is an accomplished data and analytics executive with a proven track record for delivering impactful insights and driving transformational change in organizations. With over 20 years of experience in the CPG space, he describes his job as "leading a team of Hackers, Hustlers, and Dreamers."

At Mars, Inc., Kataria has been scaling AI-and ML-driven capabilities globally. Throughout his career, Kataria has helped various organizations use data-driven insights to drive better decision-making across a range of demand functions like revenue growth management, digital commerce, route to market, and media optimization. He understands the importance of aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve business goals.

Deepak Jose Analytics Unite

Jose is a leader in digital transformation, commercial strategy, data sciences, and analytics. He believes in leveraging the power of technology to solve complex problems.

At Mars Wrigley, he leads a global end-to-end analytics solutions team of data scientists, engineers, DevOps, product strategy managers, and business translators. Prior to joining Mars, Jose took on strategic roles with global brands like Coca-Cola, ABB, Asurion, and Mu Sigma.

He is a member of the Retail & CPG Executive Advisory Forum for Amazon Web Services, a client advisory board member for Fractal AI, an Executive Data Council member at BCI Summit, and an advisory board member for start-up organizations in robotics.

About the session: Delivering value from AI and analytics investments is not only demonstrating the possibilities, but also about acting on decisions from them at scale. Every category, account, and market have their own nuances that need to be considered.

The session will discuss the learnings from the experiences of the last three years on what has worked and what has not. It will also shed light on the elements that go into the design of an analytics organization with a value-first mindset, through real-life examples across customer execution, marketing, and supply chain.

Mark Edmonson, Chief Marketing Officer, Materne North America

Mark Edmonson Analytics Unite

Edmonson's marketing experience spans across multiple categories and a little under two decades. His journey with Materne North America began in October 2022. As chief marketing officer at GoGo SqueeZ, he is responsible for ensuring the sustainability and profitability of the brand in maintaining market shares and positioning.

Prior to Materne, Edmonson began his career at Procter & Gamble, managing digital and traditional brands. He worked at The Campbell Soup Company on the iconic Goldfish Crackers brand, focusing on e-commerce strategies. He also led the digital, shopper, and e-commerce marketing at Henkel Corporation.
