CIOs Expose How to Connect with Shoppers

Retailers have been scrambling to keep up with rapidly morphing mediums, and now must meet the challenge of creating new levels of personalization that surprise and delight the customers.

Dick Mader, ARTS director emeritus and former CIO of multiple retailers, will a CIO panel on perspectives relevant to retailing at the 2013 Retail Technology Conference. In the closing keynote presentation on Thursday, April 11 CIOs will discuss the new era of personalization and how technology can help retailers become more relevant to shoppers than before.
