Creating 360-Degree Mobile Engagement

Smartphones are gateways to a closer level of engagement with shoppers. They present unique opportunities by supporting more effective loyalty programs, increasing the ability to improve fan engagement and brand awareness through social media, and delivering a powerful tool to marketing departments.
