Discovery Clothing Implements Management Software

Discovery Clothing utilizes Epicor/CRS retail software to fuel growth and offer customers a quality shopping experience. Discovery adds RetailStore to support real-time integration to stores and the home office and provides a comprehensive transaction set. The set includes full-featured POS, promotional deal pricing, back office store management functions and central lookup features to improve service, such as return/exchange validation. Discovery will use MobileStore software to extend key store system functionality via PocketPC-based wireless devices, which support inventory management and item lookup. In addition, Discovery will deploy ReturnsManagement to help ensure accurate refunds, improve customer service and employee compliance and prevent refund fraud. Discovery also will use Epicor/CRS Merchandising software to improve decision making, create efficiencies and build sales and profitability.
