EG Group Brings Reflexis Workforce Management Tech to 500+ Locations

Retailer EG Group has implemented Reflexis’ Real-Time Task Manager and Q-Walk to help improve workforce communication and task execution.

The fuel and convenience retailer, which employs more than 1,200 associates, has integrated the technology throughout 540 locations in Australia. It’s expected to drive consistent, best-practice task management and execution for better customer experiences.

Real-Time Task Manager is designed to provide greater visibility and streamline working so that store colleagues can manage by exception based on intelligence-led alerts. Q-Walk, meanwhile, provides faster and more accurate compliance to improve health and safety regulations and auditing processes across all locations.

“As a leading convenience retail network operator of circa 6,250 sites across 10 international markets employing in excess of 55,000 colleagues, it is of utmost importance that we enable our teams to better manage and more effectively analyze labor modelling,” Mohsin Issa, EG Group founder and co-CEO. “Our aim is to optimize labor costs, expedite speed of service and ultimately increase customer satisfaction. I am confident our teams will appreciate the Reflexis solutions platform we are investing in.”

Reflexis is being acquired by Zebra Technologies.
