Matt Repicky Named Chief Marketing Officer
Jos. A. Bank has announced the appointment of Matt Repicky as chief marketing officer. Repicky brings more than 20 years of experience building and transforming leading consumer, fashion and e-commerce brands, including the Barbie brand at Mattel, MyHabit at Amazon and contemporary women’s brands at The Jones Group.
“Matt is a proven marketing leader who has shifted consumer perceptions around brand purpose and championed strategic changes in advertising to generate greater awareness, drive revenue and increase customer acquisition,” said . Most recently, Matt served as chief marketing officer at Genexa, an early stage growth company focused on making cleaner over-the-counter medicines. Prior to Genexa, Matt spent four years at Mattel, as head of global brand marketing for Barbie, during a time of significant transformation and change. Previously, Matt worked at Amazon, in their NYC fashion division, where he led marketing for their off-priced business MyHabit. He has also held a leadership role at fashion company The Jones Group, and began his career in management consulting at top firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture.
