Natural Grocers Updates Loyalty Program
Natural Grocers has updated its loyalty program with new features and incentives.
(N)power, first introduced in 2005, now makes it easier for consumers to earn rewards. Shoppers can earn one point for every $1 spent — there was previously differential point structures and clubs — and they receive a $2 reward every time they reach 200 points (up to a maximum of $100 every quarter).
Members also receive rewards upon signing up and on their sign-up anniversary, as well as access to special promotions and free items.
The program is now designed to make it easier for shoppers to take advantage of the chain’s digital coupons.
Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, which was founded in 1955, operates 161 stores in 20 states and is expanding. The smaller-format specialty retailer sells natural and organic groceries, body care products and supplements.
