Salesforce Releases Digital 360 to Personalize Customer Experiences

Salesforce's new Digital 360 platform combines its Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions into a single source of truth for personalizing customer experiences.

The scalable, data-driven platform is designed to help retailers transform customer engagement and accelerate growth in today’s digital environment.

Digital 360 features include Customer 360 Audiences, a customer data platform for marketers to unify, segment and activate customer data; Commerce Cloud Payments, a Stripe-powered out-of-the-box payment solution; and Experience Cloud, which helps build CRM-powered digital experiences.

The new Customer 360 Audiences is designed to enable marketers to capture, unify, segment and activate all their customer data, providing a single source of truth for every customer to help them personalize experiences across marketing, commerce, service, sales and more.

Commerce Cloud Payments is designed to help brands embed payments into their sites with clicks instead of code. Companies can leverage the solution to launch commerce sites with an out-of-the-box payment solution to get to market faster and boost conversion rates.

Salesforce Experience Cloud, formerly known as Community Cloud, is a digital experience platform helping companies build connected CRM-powered digital experiences for their customers, partners and employees at scale. Combining Salesforce CMS and Experience Builder with a suite of prepackaged apps, companies can create and deliver personalized content, websites, portals, mobile apps and storefronts with clicks or code.

Experience Cloud is generally available today. Customer 360 Audiences will be generally available in October, and Commerce Cloud Payments is expected to be generally available later this year.
