Swedish Fitness Brand to Launch in U.S.

Scandinavian-based Casall, a premium European fitness apparel line for more than 30 years and one of the world's first companies to design fashionable fitness apparel specifically for women, is launching in the U.S., with an online presence.

Inspired by Scandinavian simplicity, fresh design, sustainability and beauty, almost 90 percent of Casall's products are manufactured in Europe, where great care is taken in creating quality fabrics and functional designs.

Casall's seasonal collections include yoga, pilates, activewear, running, tennis, and underwear. Unlike traditional activewear brands, Casall has customized fits – slim, regular and loose, to support all types of training. In addition to women's apparel, a select but expanding collection of men's apparel will also be sold online.

"Casall's functional styles are designed to inspire people to perform their best, look their best and feel their best," says Toledo-based U.S. general manager Morgan Bayer. "This is what we like to call our Total Wellness Lifestyle."

The U.S. sales section of the website – at www.casall.us – will be live on March 27, while the launch will be formally announced at the ECA OBOW fitness trade show March 8 in New York City.

"Our ideal customers look for products that support their fitness activity and fulfill their highest standards, while truly caring about how the product is made and what it's made from," says Bayer. "They think before they buy and place high importance on their own well being."

Casall will partner with the IDEA Health and Fitness Association to help launch the brand. IDEA is the world's largest association for fitness and wellness professionals of all types, with a reach of 250,000 fitness professionals of all fitness categories.
