Top 10 Most Popular Stories on RIS for 1st Quarter

Retailers are reading more stories and downloading more reports than ever on the RIS website. Here are two top-10 lists showing topics with strong trend lines for the first quarter of 2011.
 

So 2011 is starting out with a bang for retailing and RIS News. Successful retailers used the recessionary period to reset their businesses, and so did RIS. Much of the RIS website work has been done on the back end through database restructuring and the layering on of new business intelligence reports and services that offer greater insight into our readers and visitors.
 

Applying this insight has enabled RIS to fine tune its content so that stories and reports are better tailored to reflect proven retailer interests. The results have been a 19.4% year-over-year increase in page views for the first quarter of 2011.
