Walgreens and Coke Find Results in Innovation at NRF

Understanding the customer's sentiment and influencing their decision to purchase are key to game-changing marketing. Retailers including Walgreens, HSN and Coca-Cola have successfully navigated the customer's path to purchase, evolving customer trends and have created partnerships to maintain brand relevance to the shoppers.
The keynote panel discussion will Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m. in Room North Hall, "Coca-Cola Opens Happiness for Consumers and Retailers," will touch on driving brand loyalty and product growth. Mindy Grossman of HSN, Joseph Magnacca of Walgreens and Lori Mitchell-Keller of SAP will join Melvin Landis and Alison Lewis of The Coca-Cola Company for a presentation on creating innovation and customer engagement that deliver results.
The presentation will also feature Spanish and Portuguese translation.
